Exchange Policy

We offer a 2-day exchange policy, meaning you have 2 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at our Instagram page shopinnara. If your exchange request is accepted, we will instruct you the on how to initiate the exchange of the article.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately if you find any damage, receive a defective item, or are sent the wrong product. To process your exchange quickly, we require a clear video showing the damage to the item. If you are unable to provide a video, you will need to return the item to our address using any courier service. Once we receive the item, we will assess the issue and proceed with the exchange accordingly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchanges.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item once your exchange is accepted, then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.
